If it is about your own lessons or information, include your Theo ID. Theo has no accounts, so the ID is how we find them. In the app, it is on the Profile screen: tap the person icon at the top right of the camera. A screenshot of that screen is enough.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are bought through Apple and managed in your Apple Account. On iPhone:

1. Open Settings and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap Theo AI Tutor, then Cancel Subscription.

To avoid being charged when a free trial or a billing period ends, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple's own steps, for every device, are in Cancel a subscription from Apple.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us: see Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

Restore a purchase

If you already subscribe and Theo asks you to subscribe again — after reinstalling it, or on a new iPhone — tap Restore at the top left of the subscription screen. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Delete your information

To have the information Theo holds about you deleted, email greengablesstudio@gmail.com and include your Theo ID, as described above. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian can ask for you. Deleting the app does not delete what is stored on our servers.
